Look Ma...a bruise!


Jenny survived her first hockey body-checking clinic this morning! Look out Tie Domi…Jenny Roefs coming through.

That is what I learned from watching this morning’s body-checking clinic.

Hug your opponent first...



Pin victim against the boards...


Keep your elbows down...


After knocking the other guy on his butt, remain standing if possible...

All in all, another successful hockey practise! I just hope the really, really big brute of a boy that knocked everybody on their backs is on Jenny's team!

Nothing phases our daughter, though. She is quite proud of the bruise forming on her arm!

Hi jenny!! wow that Garfield is AWESOME!!! i fully did something very similar to that when i was in year 8..but much bigger cause we put them on the wall in the gym for our graduation!! it's good to see that you got my sporting and artist talent as well!! since you are just a mini-me!! good to see that everything is going well!! keep u the awesome work!!!!!
