Francis and Shirley....wedded bliss for 25 years!
On Saturday night, we went out for supper with friends and then attended a 25th Wedding Anniversary party. It has been a while since our group of friends all dressed up and partied together. Not only did we all look smashing...we pretty much ended up that way as well!
Jim's photo has finally made it to the blog...congratulations Jim! You deserve it for being one of my faithful commentators! Karin (also a blog reader) and Sandra looked absolutely fantastic!
Louise...well...let's just say that if anything ever happened to me, you would fill my shoes nicely!
Henry and Louise usually end up participating in some sort of throwing match by the end of the any event...Saturday night was no exception. They started flinging maple leafs at each other (more precisely, I think Henry started throwing the stuff down women's tops ~ yes, this is what I have to put up with when I take him out)
Me and Wheesie...
Francis and Shirley...the happy couple for the evening (and most of the last 25 years!)
Currently in the midst of...
- Michael = got braces this month and getting ready to start refrigeration apprenticeship
- Jenny = school, and work, soccer and badminton
- Gillian = work
- Henry = busy with work

Some wanker decided to post to MY blog, folks...so don't get your shorts in a knot over the deleted comment above.
Even I don't mind strangers posting to the blog, as long as there is reciprocation available. As the previous comment was a 'dummy' blogger...in other words, their link to their blog went nowhere...I deleted the comment (which wasn't bad or anything, just a little too familiar for someone not willing to ante up, so to speak)
Next time, identify yourself properly and I won't delete your comments!
Hi Gillian,
Yes it was a fun night, and you even missed the ice skating!
Louise
Thank you so much for putting my picture on your blog. I knew someday I would make it! I feel like a star now ;)
I had a great time Saturday evening and like you said, it was great to see everyone dressed up for once instead of seeing everyone in camping clothes.
I'll end my comment with "what ice skating?"

Hi Gillian
Sorry to have upset you.... the dummy blogger was myself and I'm still in the process of creating one.

All I have to say is...
I missed ice-skating at the wee early hours of the morning?????!!!!
Sue...I am laughing so hard my eyes are watering! I am soooo sorry (now) that I deleted your comment.
(Tail between legs...) Please feel free to post again if you like!!!
Who knew 'Bobbie'???
I AM IN HEAVEN WITH SIX COMMENTS!!!!!!!!
My life DOES have meaning again.
